The Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department offers hands-on training for area students.

ZMCHD works closely with Muskingum University, Mount Vernon Nazarene University, Ohio University-Zanesville, Mid East Career and Technical Center to facilitate real-life experiences for students studying nursing, environmental health and nutrition.
