ZMCHD conducts biannual school inspections to ensure facilities and grounds are safe for students and staff. Our authority is from 3707.26 Ohio Revised Code.

Chemical Disposal Options:

1.    Ohio EPA list of Ohio's commercial facilities accepting hazardous waste.

2.    Ohio's Materials Exchange. (OMEx) is an informational forum fostering the lawful exchange, reuse and recycling of otherwise waste industrial materials. OMEx publishes no-cost materials wanted and available ads for the purpose of facilitating exchanges for users who then work out the details of payment, transportation and storage. Ads are placed, and updated, by the listing entities. Information provided through OMEx is supplied by the listing party.

3.    Contact chemical manufacturer directly if return of chemical is an option. They may allow return of unopened containers.
