If you work for a media outlet and are trying to reach the Public Information Officer after 4:30 p.m. about a public health emergency, please call 740-819-0570.

All non-emergency after hours requests will be processed between Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

If you would like to make a request for public records, please follow the directions below:

1. Read the Public Records Policy below.
2. Print the Request for Release of Record below.
3. Complete the Request for Release of Record.
