Behavioral Health Navigator
Your partner in navigating the tough stuff.
Your partner for the tough stuff-no need to do it alone. Our Navigators walk alongside each person, offering guidance and support toward positive change. If you or someone you know could use this kind of help, please call or email (click below) to make a referral to the Behavioral Health Navigator program.
WHAT DO WE DO?
Behavioral health navigators work directly with people to overcome barriers, and connect individuals with support services. They will meet people where they are to provide guidance, education, and hands-on support. This will help individuals access treatment, recovery services, and basic needs such as housing, transportation, and healthcare.
